The Following parameters will be monitored

• Mail Box Size
• MTA
• Monitor Exchange Database and Size of the database file size
• Monitor Performance (CPU and Memory Use)
• Check connector and server status
• Verify the Exchange Server and Related Services have Started properly.
• Monitor IIS performance
• Ensure that the recommended minimum backup strategy - a daily online backup - is completed
• Event Log Monitoring

Maintenance and Help Desk

• Mail user creation.
• Increasing Mail Box Quota whenever Required.
• Exchange Database Maintenance
• Event Log Maintenance
• Check the virus definition of and antivirus agent for the Exchange Server is updated.
• Analyze and respond to errors and warnings in the Event Log.
• Check Disk Space & database file size
• Check the bad mail folders & queue
• Check for updates
